Ideally located, air-conditioned apartment on the 3rd floor in the centre of Alicante within comfortable walking distance to a magnificent sandy beach and with all necessary amenities in the immediate surroundings. Close to bars, restaurants and shops but yet in a quiet area. Ideal for holidaymakers who wish to enjoy the amenities of a city combined with the easy access to a beautiful sandy beach.

The apartment comprises living room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms with view to the Castle of Santa Barbara and bathroom. One bedroom with 1 double bed and the second bedroom with 1 double bed and with 1 single bed. Sleeps maximum 5 people. It is equipped with air-conditioning and with all necessary appliances. The apartment building doesn't have a lift but the local supermarkets will deliver groceries to the apartment. There is a possibility to rent a parking space in the underground car park (only for long term let). Pets are NOT allowed.

There are lot of things you can do during your stay in Alicante. Besides of the many bars, restaurants, night clubs, museums, cinemas and theatres you can go to the beautiful sandy beach of El Postiguet situated within comfortable walking distance from the apartment or make a boat trip to the Island of Tabarca. The waters around this island are protected marine reserve with abundance of marine life and therefore very suitable for scuba diving. Or, you can take the local train which is going along the coast from Alicante to Denia. This is a very comfortable way to visit some of the excellent sandy beaches located along this coast like El Campello, Benidorm or Calpe. From Denia you can take a ferry-boat to Ibiza or Mallorca. In Benidorm you can visit some of the many attraction parks like Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqua Natura or Mundomar.

En pleno corazón de Alicante junto al paseo de la Explanada y el puerto, cerca de bares, restaurantes, tiendas pero en una zona tranquila. Ideal para turistas que deseen disfrutar de las comodidades de una ciudad combinados con el fácil acceso a sus lugares más emblemáticos.

El apartamento consta de salón, cocina independiente, dos dormitorios con vista al Castillo de Santa Bárbara y un baño. Un dormitorio con 1 cama doble y el segundo dormitorio con 1 cama doble y 1 cama individual. Capacidad máxima 5 personas. Está equipado con aire acondicionado y con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. Como el edificio no tiene ascensor el apartamento no está adecuado para las personas mayores o discapacitadas. Existe un parking público a escasos metros del edificio. No se admiten mascotas.

Hay muchas cosas que usted puede hacer durante su estancia en Alicante. Además de los numerosos bares, restaurantes, clubes nocturnos, museos, cines y teatro se puede ir a la playa de Postiguet o hacer un viaje en barco a la Isla de Tabarca. Las aguas alrededor de la isla son una reserva marina protegida con abundante vida marina y, por tanto, muy adecuada para la práctica del submarinismo. O bien, puede tomar el tren local (trenet) que va a lo largo de la costa de Alicante a Denia. Esta es una muy cómoda manera de visitar algunas de las excelentes playas de arena ubicada a lo largo de la costa como El Campello, Benidorm o Calpe, etc. Desde Denia se puede tomar un barco-ferry a Ibiza o Mallorca. En Benidorm se puede visitar algunos de los muchos parques de atracciones como Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, AquaNatura y Mundomar.

Dicht bij de bars, restaurants en winkels, maar toch in een rustige omgeving. Ideaal voor vakantiegangers die willen genieten de voorzieningen van een stad in combinatie met de gemakkelijke toegang tot een prachtig zandstrand.

Het appartement bestaat uit woonkamer, aparte keuken, twee slaapkamers met uitzicht op het kasteel van Santa Barbara en badkamer. Een slaapkamer met 1 tweepersoonsbed en de tweede slaapkamer met 1 tweepersoonsbed en 1 eenpersoonsbed. Slaapruimte voor 5 personen. Het is uitgerust met air-conditioning en met alle nodige apparatuur. Het appartementengebouw beschikt niet over een lift. Er is een mogelijkheid om een parkeerplaats te huren in de ondergrondse parkeergarage (alleen voor lange termijn verhuurd). Huisdieren zijn NIET toegestaan.

Er zijn veel dingen die u kunt doen tijdens uw verblijf in Alicante . Naast de vele bars, restaurants, nachtclubs, musea, bioscopen en theaters kunt u genieten van het prachtige zandstrand El Postiguet die ligt op loopafstand van het appartement, of een boottocht naar het eiland Tabarca maken. De wateren rond het eiland zijn beschermd zeereservaat met overvloed van het mariene leven en daardoor zeer geschikt voor diepzeeduiken. Of kunt u de lokale trein nemen die gaat langs de kust van Alicante naar Denia. Dit is een zeer comfortabele manier om enkele van de uitstekende zandstranden langs de kust te bezoeken, zoals El Campello, Benidorm en Calpe. Vanuit Denia kunt u een ferry-boot naar Ibiza of Mallorca nemen. In Benidorm kunt u een aantal van de vele attractieparken zoals Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Mundomar of Aqua Natura bezoeken.
